A brief description of the project

Jacek Góralski's sport clinic, a Polish midfielder playing in German VfL Bochum club and Polish National Team, is a newly opened training area launched in Bydgoszcz.

Motor skill trainings for kids and adults, specializing in team sports take place there.

The area is fully equipped with essential accessories for weight, moto skill, and cardio type of workout.

Objective

A holistic training studio preparing amateur athletes to participate in team sports supervised by the best specialist.

The final result

On 50m2: 3 immense machines designed for strength training. 2 of them for free weights use - PRO training machine Half Rack PROUD. The third machine is PROUD CHAMPION Adjustable Dual Pulley, which is used as a substitute for stack machines in smaller areas. It is highly popular with women as it is suitable for glutes and ham resistance workouts.

What is worth mentioning is the fact that PRO stack machine is equipped with fitted weight platform beneficial with Olympic weightlifting.

Additionally, the clients can use kettlebells PRO weights, HEX dumbells, and medicine balls, varying in weight. Thanks to such variety, they can come to the next steps of fitness without any concerns about injuries.

For core type of training, the club is equipped with gymnastic balls, ladders, parallets, and GHD.

For cardiovascular type of trainings, the club is equipped with AIR cardio machine series- airrunner and Air Bike.

Also, we managed to create a space for greenbelt, where the place for sled, warm ups, and cool downs was settled.

Due to dividing the training area into zones, even 6 people can workout there at the same time, uninterrupted.
