A brief description of the project

A new investment on the Polish map, located in the center of Warsaw in the prestige district of Powiśle.

The investor made sure that the building meets the highest quality standards and follows the current residential trend visible in Western Europe. Rresidents have access to common areas, which include co-working spaces, conference rooms and a workout area.

Objective

To create a workout zone for residents of an apartment building equipped with high-end, modern equipment.

The final result

The gym was build in bright and minimally decorated space - about 60m2. Stocked with multifunctional workout machines, cardio equipment and free weights.

The Cardio zone includes PROUD equipment from the AIR series, characterized by a motorless system of operation - it does not require connection to electricity, which is a very convenient solution, as it gives the possibility to easily move each device to any place in the zone. The zone includes two treadmills, two air bikes and a rowing ergometer. The decision on the amount of such equipment was dictated by the fact that there are still more people doing amateur endurance sports than strength sports. 

Cardio workouts can be combined or supplemented with strength training thanks to two multifunctional machines.

The first, the Dual Pulley, is a stack machine, a smaller version of the training gate. It has a pull-up bar and, combined with an exercise bench, gives a huge range of training options. Having various types of handles at their disposal, exercisers are able to perform a workout for practically all body parts. 

The smith machine, on the other hand, is a free weight machine. The forced path of movement and the possibility for the exerciser to lock the weight at any height make it safe even for those who are beginning their adventure with strength training.

All the equipment is complemented by wall balls, kettlebell weights, a barbell and a set of dumbbells in the 2.5-25kg range, along with a several-meter space protected by a rubber floor.
