Pogoń Szczecin

A brief description of the project

This is another of our realizations for a soccer club in Szczecin. Previously, PROUD realized the gym of the Football Academy for children and young athletes.

The current realization was prepared for a premier league team. 

The gym equipped entirely with PROUD brand was created on the occasion of the reopening after reconstruction of the Florian Krygier City Stadium.

In the complex, in addition to the stadium itself, there is the administrative part of the club with offices, media facilities, football locker rooms and a wellness area.

Objective

Strength training area for Pogoń Szczecin football players.

The final result

3 cages have been placed in the center of the training area. Each has 2 squat stations. The cages have been expanded with pull-up bars, handrails for Swedish push-ups and safety arms to protect heavy barbells from falling. There is an angle-adjustable bench at each station. 

There is plenty of free space in the training room. This is important when training units are conducted in groups of a dozen people. 

The zone has been equipped also with HEX dumbbells, medicine balls and Kettlebells weights.

In addition to the strength section, there are also accessories that are essential for preventive and medical training - gymnastic ladders, rubber bands, gym balls and half-balls.

The whole is complemented by a wide grass strip used by players for sled training, warm-ups and post-workout mobility sessions.
