Home Gym - Monachium

A brief description of the project

When planning the construction of the house, the investor decided to dedicate one of the rooms to a home gym that he and his wife could use. Both of them remain active in sports on a daily basis. They value convenience and independence. Thus, the decision to create their own training space.

The implementation was preceded by meetings with the investor in the PROUD showroom, the selection of equipment and then the preparation of a visualization of the space along with a cost proposal. 

Objective

Creating a home gym equipped to satisfy two people training at the same time. 

The final result

On 40m2 there was equipment for conducting a comprehensive workout, which was divided into zones including:

▪️ free weights, where there is a set of hex and ketelbels dumbbells with racks, an adjustable bench with adjustable racks that allow you to perform squats or barbell presses in the lying position, a set of Olympic weights with a rack, and a Roman bench.

▪️ Universal Dual Pulley lift with stack weights and a pull-up bar.

▪️ Cardio machines - Ergometer and Air Bike. It is worth mentioning that the Air machines do not need to be connected to electricity, so they can be moved to any place to fit the layout to the needs of training.

In addition, the zone included accessories such as a foam box, half ball and gym ball.

The equipment has been set up against the walls, allowing free use of each zone and the equipment in it. Kettlebells, dumbbells and weights are stored on dedicated racks and racks. Thanks to this, everything has its place and the gym is tidy. 

The floor has been lined with rubber mats protecting it from possible damage and ensuring the safety of the trainees. In addition, the mats have excellent sound-dampening and impact-absorbing properties.

On the wall there is a large mirror, which optically enlarges the room and allows you to control the correctness of the movements performed.
