Browarna 12 Apartments

A brief description of the project

Browarna 12 is an intimate investment located in the historic part of Bielsko-Biała in a restored building of an old brewery. Designed for the discerning resident looking for a functional and modern interior. 

The building is an excellent example of a high standard of housing brought into a classic post-industrial interior. Inside the building, in addition to the apartments, there is a representative main hall with a porter's lodge, as well as numerous amenities for residents such as a sauna, a fitness room and a recreation room with a total area of over 100 meters.

Objective

Creating a modern and comfortable workout space consisting of a cardio, free weights and functional training zone equipped with the latest available equipment on the market and allowing residents of the building to perform their daily workout in an intimate environment.

The final result

All of the equipment featured in the fitness area was selected in such a way that each user, regardless of what discipline he or she trains in, could seamlessly perform their basic training unit.

In the area intended for strength training stood the Dual Pulley machine, which is often used in such projects, as well as a bench and a stand with dumbbells in the weight range of 2.5-25kg. Such a set gives great opportunities to trainers. They can choose the load individually depending on their level of training.


The cardio zone, equipped with an Air Bike, a mechanical treadmill and a PROUD brand rowing machine, has been placed by two large windows. This way, residents can engage their eyes with beautiful views during long cardio sessions, avoiding monotony. 

At the other end of the gym a leg extension/curl machine was placed. This is ideal if we do not have the opportunity to build a squat station or gym users have less training experience.

The resulting workout area with its design, equipment and quality can equal top boutique fitness clubs.
