A brief description of the project

Optense Team Training club is a place focused on a modern holistic approach to training and the effective realization of the goals of its charges.

The owners are building a supportive community of people who share a passion for physical activity. They also make an effort to treat everyone individually, as opposed to chain clubs where one often remains an anonymous clubber.

The 260m2 gym is located in Rzeszow.

It offer group classes, personal training and specialized workouts.

In addition, the facility offers its clients treatments in the SPA area, the possibility to use saunas and physio treatments. The place was created with fitness in mind, which shapes the body, mind and spirit.

Objective

Creating a modern training area with group training and HIIT classes.

The final result

The gym is very spacious. Dozens of people can exercise in it at the same time.
