Office Gym - Poznan

A brief description of the project

Office Gym a company engaged in general contracting of industrial buildings with accompanying infrastructure. The Polish division in Poznan was established in 2005.

In the newly constructed office building, not far from the conference room, the investor set aside space for a roomy gym for its employees.

Objective

Training area for company employees equipped with modern top-of-the-line equipment. A place designed for everyone regardless of their fitness level. Taking into consideration all the needs of employees collected on the basis of an intra-company survey.

The final result

A gym comprising a cardio area and a strength area.

The strength area, covered with rubber puzzles, consists mainly of a five-station PROUD CHAMPION Atlas and a Half Rack squat cage.

The mentioned atlas is actually a complex structure containing four independent stack machines: 
- exercise gate
- upper lift
- bottom lift
- triceps station

The compact Half Rack cage, together with the PROUD training bumpers set and accessories, allows to work with free weights safely.

In addition, the zone is equipped with two adjustable training benches and a set of PROUD polyurethane dumbbells.

The Cardio area includes three workout machines. Two classic electric treadmills of the brand - Gymost, whose PROUD is the exclusive distributor in Poland, and an Air Cardio exercise bike.

Refining the project in the form of 3D visualization allowed us to optimize the placement of equipment in the gym and save additional space for a tennis table :)
