Mokotowski Gym

A brief description of the project

Climatic Training Studio in Warsaw's Mokotow district. Equipment strongly resembling a small cross box. Ideal for people who are bored with fitness clubs and want something more from their training than just working out on machines. Club members can choose from several membership options - gym access, group classes, group classes + gym. You can also schedule a 1-on-1 session with any of the trainers.

Objective

Create a place for 1-on-1 training sessions and group training in intimate groups.

The final result

On an area of about 200m2 two training rooms have been created - a fitness room and a martial arts room lined with mattresses. The whole investment falls firmly into the industrial style. Main colors are Black and several shades of gray reign here. Fitness room visible on the pictures has been equipped with functional RIG with monkey bar ladders and two squat stations. It was fitted into one of the recesses of the room. This allowed to save and optimize space which is very important for the comfort of people taking part in group classes. Kettlebell classes are one of them. Participants have to their disposal a whole range of weights, which are becoming more and more popular. The room has everything we need to perform cross training in small groups. Good distribution of equipment and a lot of free space makes it easy for dance instructors to teach Latino Solo classes here as well :)
