Home Gym - Cross & Dance

A brief description of the project

The home gym of an athletic married couple. Providing opportunities for comprehensive Cross training and dance choreography performance.

Objective

Adaptation of 25m2 for cross and dance training.

The final result

On standard living room size area, on the first floor in a block of flats, investor created mini cross box home gym which included equipment for:

• cardio training - Air Bike and Skierg,
• strength training - various kinds of bars with weights, Hex dumbbells, kettlebells, mats for dropping weights,
• gymnastic training - a gymnastics ladder with a pull-up bar and dips bars, balls and gymnastic rings,
• warm-up and stretching - power bands, mini bands, expanders, rollers, lacrosse balls.

Rubber mats were placed on wooden panels to protect the floor and muffle noise. On one of the walls, a large mirror with a ballet bar for dance training was mounted. The mirror optically enlarges the room and the space becomes brighter and more elegant.

In order to maintain order and easy access to equipment in the gym, there are racks for weights and grips and modular rack on wheels with adjustable shelves.
