A brief description of the project

New realization of Office Gym in one of Poznań's office buildings. The company, changing the location of the office, decided to create its own training area dedicated to employees who train every day in various fitness clubs, as well as those whose proximity and availability of such a space will encourage them to spend time actively.

Objective

Creation of a training area for company employees equipped with modern top-of-the-line equipment. A place designed for everyone regardless of their fitness level. Taking into account all the needs of employees gathered from an in-company survey.

The final result

The equipment chosen for the gym was consulted internally to best meet the needs of the people training on it. This approach ensures that the place will not shine empty because of misguided choices, and employees will be more willing to use the zone, which they co-created and decided on its final shape.

On an area of 66m2 stood:

▪️ Foam box
▪️ Set of rubberized dumbbells 2.5-25kg with stand
▪️ Set of chrome dumbbells 1-10kg with stand
▪️ PROUD Champion gymnastic ladder with pull-up bar and exercise rails
▪️ Adjustable bench
▪️ Set of colorful Olympic weights 5-25kg
▪️ Set of fractional weights 0.5-2.5kg
▪️ Orbitrek and exercise treadmill by Vision
▪️ Workout accessories - power bands, rollers, exercise mats with hangers, TRX suspension bands

Thank you for the joint project and we hope that the gym will become a place for employees to meet together in a less formal atmosphere
