Container Home Gym

A brief description of the project

The first container gym we had the opportunity to equip, for one of our individual clients. 

This is an ideal solution when the investor wants to separate the living area from the workout area and has the conditions and means to develop the outdoor space.

The big advantage of a container gym over a home gym is the changing environment. It radically affects better focus and faster switching into workout mode. 

Objective

To create a training area for strength training in support of triathlon competitions.  

The final result

On 25m2 there is the equipment needed to do an effective strength and endurance workout.

The main training machine here is a half rack with a 20kg cross barbell and a set of colorful bumpers from 0.5 to 25kg. Combined with an adjustable bench and polyurethane dumbbells in the weight range of 2.5-25kg. The set provides the opportunity for long-term development in terms of strength.

Complementing and enhancing the training possibilities is a single stack lift set up in the corner of the gym. 

As is typical for a triathlete, the room could not lack endurance equipment.

In this aspect, the investor bet on a modern SMART+ Body Bike spinning bike. It definitely better reflects the conditions of the competition than would be the case with an ordinary training bike. In addition, the bike is armed with the latest technology and, in conjunction with a smartphone, monitors all possible training parameters. 

The entire investment was carefully planned with attention to every detail. Home Gym was created on the basis of a previously prepared project of visualization of the room, taking into account the wishes, possibilities and needs of the investor.
